Preorder a BBQ box to pick up on Saturday between 10:30am and 12:30pm and you will receive a variety of delights including: 1/2 rack pork ribs, 1/2# beef brisket, 2 hot links, bbq sauce, pint each potato salad & coleslaw, and 4 flaky buttermilk biscuits with whipped salted honey butter.
Add on beer growlers, extra biscuits, hand pies, a Basque cheesecake, or a summer fruit galette and you are all set to party!

I’ve spent more time than anybody I know obsessi I’ve spent more time than anybody I know obsessing over the perfect BLT sandwich. It’s all about the structure, but this year I am obsessing over Oyatsupan milk bread. It’s a terrific choice. I have four BLT’s every August and that keeps me going through the winter months, knowing that BLT season will arrive again.
