XLB Slabtown Closure

November 7, 2021

XLB Slabtown Closing

hello friends, we have a bit of news,

as some of you may know, it is official: XLB Slabtown is permanently closed. while we initially closed to consolidate staff in order to start soup dumplings again, we realized that operating only one shop was closer to our original dream and values.

we love having a close relationship with our staff, customers, and community— and having one shop— XLB Williams— allows us that time, space, and flexibility.

thank you for all your support and love throughout the pandemic— but no fear, all is not lost…

our dear friend and culinary community member— Diane Lam — has taken over Slabtown and will be opening her restaurant Sunshine Noodles on December 13th!!! Yall don’t need to wait that long though— head over to Slabtown tonight for a Sunshine Noodle pop up!

we appreciate you!

🥟♥️✨
