GRILLED LOBSTER MEAL KITS
For our final meal kit of the season, we had to go big! Whether you choose to cedar plank wild, Native-caught salmon or grill a Maine lobster basted in herb and shallot butter, you’ll have some fun around the fire while putting a beautiful, seasonal, fire-kissed meal on the table in no time!
MENU FOR PICK UP AUGUST 29th (Serves Two)
-Cedar plank salmon with a leek, lobster mushroom and smoked salmon crust & burnt lemons
-Grilled Maine lobster with shallot herb butter & burnt lemons
-Fire roasted corn on the cob with flower butter
-Crispy smashed salt boiled potatoes with crema, chives and dill
-Little gem wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, cherry tomatoes, heirloom cucumbers and toasted sunflower seeds
-Hama Hama oysters
-Chocolate flan with mezcal caramel
-Two of our fave local wines: Suzor 2019 L’escargot Rosé (just released!) and Walter Scott 2019 La Combe Verte Chardonnay (pre-release, so be the first to try it!)

We have a few openings for our upcoming socially distant fire cookery class next Sunday, August 30th, held in wine country. This class was originally scheduled for May and a few of the participants are unable to join us for the new date.
