Please join us as we indulge in the warmer-weather wines of Oregon. Cabernets, Chardonnays, Viogniers Syrahs and more will be on the table, paired with five over-the-top courses created by Chef Michael Cavins.
Del Rio is notable in my book for three reasons.
- First, because everything they do is “estate” wine, meaning it is grown on their own property and they control every step.
- Secondly, in my humble opinion, the wine has gone from “ok” to “truly fantastic” over the last ten years thanks to Jean-Michel, the winemaker you will meet during dinner.
- Third, because Del Rio has been working with planted almost 30 years ago, their wines are some of the best value out of Southern Oregon.
