If you’ve ever ogled a photo on our website or Instagram feed, chances are it was taken by Eva Kosmas Flores. Eva is a most singular talent. She cooks, she gardens, she blogs, she teaches photography and food styling workshops around the world. All that and she also happens to be the most genuine, warm and wonderful human being.
Come meet Eva tomorrow! For this month’s Oyster Social, we will be featuring recipes from her gorgeous new cookbook, First We Eat, which is filled with delcious and approachable recipes inspired by the seasons and her garden along with page after page of stunning photos. She’ll be on hand to chat, talk about the book and sign your very own personalized copy!
Eva is planning to prepare two recipes from the book and we’ll be popping a selection of the freshest NW oysters, as well as preparing other small plates inspired by Eva’s recipes and food philosophy.
