From the Kitchen
Last call on Kevin’s amazing BBQ Chicken Sandwich. This beauty is layered with crisp bacon, Tillamook cheddar cheese, house made BBQ sauce, shredded lettuce and red onion, all over a fried organic chicken breast. It is so good. I think I’ve had one everyday since it’s inception. He also just wiped up a fresh batch of chicken and wild rice soup. Yummy deliciousness. Come get some tasty grub.
Willamette Valley Seminar
Sunday, May 1st
Only a few seats are left for our Willamette Valley AVA Seminar on Sunday, May 1. The event will be held from 6 – 7:30 pm, where you will taste 6 wines while learning about the different AVAs located in our beautiful Willamette Valley. It will be led by the amazing Jessica Endsworth. Jessica is currently the vice president of on premise sales and education for the NW Wine Company. However, Jessica does much more than that. She has had her hands in everything wine related in this state. She is a dynamic force with more knowledge on Oregon wines than most. She is a friend and educator. It is going to be a fun, educational evening. Tickets are $30/person. Any wines purchased from that evening’s line-up will receive a 15% discount. There is a very limited amount of seating so sign up now. You can email info@pdxbottleshop.comto sign up and seats will be filled on a first come first serve basis. See you there!
Boneyard’s tasty step brother of RPM, Hop a Wheelie, is back on the shelves. If you like the RPM, and who doesn’t, Hop a Wheelie will do you right. They describe like this, “Light, refreshing – HUGE hop aromas. It’s like trekking through pine forests, evading skunks, and picking from citrus groves.” I don’t know about the skunks, but I do know I like this beer. Swing by and grab one for yourself.
