Self Love Saturday: Irving Street Kitchen has a glamorous bar and patio that packs a punch. It will take on a relaxed atmosphere for their first ever Self Love Saturday on February 15 from 10 AM – 1:30 PM. The dining room will transform into a meditation and yoga space. Anna Caporael (General Manager and Partner of ISK) will lead a guided meditation followed by 20 minute yoga flows that will be led by Dana Blaney of Trilogy Wellness. There will be free massages on site from Nick Paterka from Massage Hodgepodge as well as local vendors offering handcrafted meditation cushions and skincare.

NW’s The Waiting Room is going Italian-American all weekend long this Valentine’s Day! The team at The Waiting Room will be offering a three-course menu with east coast Italian inspired dishes from February 13th to February 15. The Waiting Room is bringing back the romance with a playful and warm atmosphere, picture tables set with red and white checkered tablecloths, fresh flowers, and crooners from years past playing in the background. Guests are encouraged to make a reservation through Resy where they will have the option to purchase fresh flowers from Small Yard Flowers to be set at their table upon arrival. Along with complimentary garlic knots guests will begin their 3-course meal with the option to choose between zucchini fritti, radicchio salad, clams casino or stuffed long hots. For the second course, things get a little more traditional with options like chicken parm, veal scallopini and eggplant “manicotti.” Finally, there’s no better way to end a romantic night than with a little Italian water ice or mocha semifreddo.
