Portland Farmers Market and Cook First Portland present: Fixin’ to Cook Winter Vegetables, a cooking demonstration series highlighting winter vegetables airing at Portland Fix-It Fair. Each virtual event includes recipes, techniques, and resources to make it easier to get more winter vegetables on the table.
