We’re here for you

March 15, 2020

Cari amici,

We want to continue to serve you as best we can in these concerning times.

In light of COVID-19, we assure you we are being extra diligent with hygiene and sanitization, in addition to our well-established safe food-handling and overall cleanliness practices which we’re proud to say have earned us a county health inspection rating of 100/100. Our staff is committed to these daily efforts as well as being fully encouraged to stay home, with paid leave, should they feel any signs of illness.

Enjoy our comfort food in the comfort of home!
Should you prefer not to dine-in, our full menu (including the March Portland Dining Month three-course prix fixe menu) is available for take away – just call your order in during business hours, pay by phone, and come pick up when it’s ready.

We’re also rolling out some great family meal/catering options to enjoy right away, take-and-bake, or for stocking up the freezer – perfect for families or those working from home! Think trays of Paolo’s famous lasagne, meatballs, quarts of pasta sauces, or handmade pasta ready to toss into a boiling pot. Check our website for details on how to place advance orders.

Consider purchasing a gift certificate for gifting or future dining as a show of support as we and our staff face the uncertain weeks ahead

Other News:Wednesday night is Lasagne Night at Burrasca! We’ll be serving Tuscan-style lasagne in addition to our regular menu.

All-day Happy Hour Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Note that we will now be closed on Tuesdays due to reduced demand and to prepare more food for catering/pickup orders.

Grazie infinite for all your support, and wishing you health and happiness,

xoxo Paolo, Elizabeth and the whole Burrasca crew
