We’re donating kombucha to hospital cleaning staff

May 6, 2020

KBI’s Kombucha Heal-In
Matched Gift Card Drive
We’re excited to announce today (5/5) through Monday (5/11), we are partnering with Kombucha Brewers International and kombucheries around the world in an international Kombucha Heal-In!

Our goal is to collectively donate 100,000+ bottles of kombucha to workers on the front line and food banks—but we need your help!

For every gift card you purchase from us between today and 5/11, KBI’s sponsors will match those funds!

Those matched funds will then go towards purchasing our kombucha bottles, which we will then donate to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center cleaning staff, since they too are on the front lines and receive far less public recognition and donations. This incentive is our community’s two-pronged approach to providing aide during the pandemic—to help provide resilience and nutrition for our most vulnerable, and to assist small local kombucheries so that we can stay afloat.

new merch on Threadless

Our merch shop is live! We’ve been asked by loads of folks if we have any merchandise to purchase during these times of struggle for small businesses, and thanks to Threadless, we made it happen.

One cool thing to note: We can add new designs, so if you would like something specific with our logo and/or flavor illustrations, just email us and we’ll see if we can design it and put it in the shop!

community care
home deliveries

In support of our community taking care to social distance, quarantine, and limit the spread of Covid-19 to the best of our abilities, we are offering no-contact home deliveries of our kombucha at wholesale cost to you, our Portland-based friends.

Additionally, we are partnering up with DanODan Hempworks to bring you *FREE* single-serving packets of their hemp flower CBD shots with your home deliveries! (until supplies last)

DanODan is another local Portland business, and they are the same fine folks that produce the Oregon-grown whole plant CBD infusion that we use in our CBD ‘bucha.

Together we hope to bring a little more ease into your body and your home.

Let’s cultivate community care together—we can do this!
