Make Chef Chesa’s amazing homemade paella at home in just half an hour with our paella kits. Our Paella Masia is a delicious medley of sherry marinated pork loin, bomba rice, and seasonal veggies, topped with a Painted Hills beef ribeye and harissa ali-oli. Don’t have a paella pan? Summertime Sandia Margarita
6 chunks fresh watermelon, approx. 1” each.
1 oz tequila
½ oz triple sec or cointreau
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz lime juice
ice
salt
mint (optional)
In a cocktail shaker, muddle watermelon. Add tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice. Shake hard. Wet the lip of your rocks glass and roll in salt. Strain cocktail mixture into glass, add ice, and garnish with mint sprig. Sit in the sun and enjoy!
