In honor of the Craft Brewers Conference taking place in Portland this upcoming week, we are pleased to be teaming up with Green Bench Brewing out of St. Petersburg, Fla. These guys were a late addition to the conference so this is a late announced dinner that is already filling up! We will be pairing our Northwest/Italian cuisine with five farmhouse ales from Green Bench Brewing for a private dinner in the elegant former Genoa dining room on Tuesday night at 6:30pm for $75 per person. This is the first time their beers will be in Oregon so don’t miss out!
Wild hermit ale
Tartare of spring lamb leg, kumquat confit, wood sorrel, java long pepper
Saison de banc noir
Chicory salad, grass fed bison heart pastrami, shaved jack cheese, charred plum vinaigrette
Skyway wheat ale
Rabbit and house guanciale ravioli, wheat broth, ruby red grapefruit, herb salad
Les grisettes wild yeast ale
Coal miner’s pie of coastal morels, green garlic, turnip leaves, caramelized onions, emmer farro
Saison de banc vert
Halibut poached in whey & hay, asparagus & English pea beurre fondue, vanilla pickled rhubarb
