WINE FOCUS:
2021 Johan Vineyards Pinot Noir Nouveau, OR $18
Calling all Turkey eaters and wine drinkers… this Nouveau is a must for your holiday this year! The first certified biodynamic nouveau in the USA, drink slightly chilled and right away.
Beaujolais Nouveau is Gamay from the Beaujolais region in France, it is released the third Thursday of November after only being fermented a few weeks and is meant to celebrate the end of harvest. Coincidentally it just so happens to pair quite well with the traditional Thanksgiving Feast.
