Order the Lover’s Rock Meal
Deck your table with a hand-tied Colibri bouquet, or vase arrangement. Start your meal with a Private Language, a bottled cocktail designed by the bar team at Expatriate featuring Nardini Amaro, Peychaud’s Aperitivo, fresh lemon, and Petite Royal sparkling wine.

Looking for wine pairings?

For the Table for 2, try 2015 i Clivi ‘Galea’ Friuli Colli Orientali Rosso Merlot

Galea is one of i Clivi’s two vineyard crus, from 70-year-old vines. Lovely aromas of ripe red cherry and plums with an underlayer of leather, earthy mushrooms, spice, and supple tannins – a perfect match for the rich beef wellington.

For the Lover’s Rock, try 2016 Batič Pinela

Pinela is an ancient, indigenous variety from the Vipava Valley in Slovenia, brought back to life by the Batič family. It spends five days on its skins and sees 24 months elevage in neutral Slovenian oak barrels. Notes of roasted fennel, apple, and pear skin. It is full-bodied and rich, with texture for days. The herbal qualities from the celeriac and earthy flavors from the black truffle will be a perfect match to the structured and textured wine.

Starting the day early?

Pick up our house-favorite take-and-bake Cinnamon Rolls, and pop a 375mL bottle of Pierre Gimonnet Cuis 1er Cru Brut.

A Blanc de Blancs with all fruit from the 1er Cru of Cuis, known for its bracing acidity and salty minerality. This disgorgement is no exception, showing bright, ripe citrus and crisp apple fruits on the palate with a bracing, high toned saline component and a long crisp finish.
