A feast awaits at Urban Farmer this Easter Sunday. Executive Chef Matt Christianson dishes up a mouthwatering Easter brunch buffet to celebrate the end of the Lenten season and the arrival of spring, complete with dishes like French Toast Bread Pudding, Crab and Candied Fennel Deviled Eggs, Ora King Salmon Ceviche, and Pernod Poached Mussels. The cheese and charcuterie station features favorites such as Whipped Rogue River Blue Cheese, Pork & Pistachio Terrine, and Pastrami Beef Tongue. Guests can create a masterpiece at the omelet and scramble station, or grab some protein from the carving board filled with Garlic and Rosemary Leg of Lamb or Cedar Roasted Salmon. For a sweet fix, brunch-goers can grab from the assortment of Easter breads and desserts, including Oregon Berry Coffee Cake, Rhubarb Tartlet, and Orange Vanilla Crème Brulee. Guests can also grab a morning drink at the gourmet bloody mary bar. The special children’s station includes hazelnut butter, banana and honey sandwiches, turkey and cheddar panini, chicken fingers, and four cheese macaroni.
