- Sunday, April 22nd from 6:00 to 8:00 pm: Rally Pizza will be hosting a special wine tasting with Ashley Trout, winemaker of Brooke & Bull Cellars, Flying Trout Cellars and Vital Wines. - Sunday, April 29th from 5:00 to 9:00 pm: Rally Pizza will be hosting the second installment of their “Sunday Dinner” series, this time highlighting the Food and Wine of Rome! Taste and learn about the local food and wine of Rome in Rally Pizza’s upcoming dinner, featuring regional dishes paired with wines of Southern Italy! Antipasti: Vignarola with Ricotta braised artichokes, peas, favas, spring onions, and fresh herbs served with creamy house-made ricotta, or Suppli di Coda risotto fritters filled with shredded oxtail, served with a rich tomato-oxtail sauce
Insalata: Primavera spring greens with lemon, fennel and mint
Primi: Gnocchi di Semolina “Cacio e Pepe” dumplings baked in creamy pecorino and black pepper sauce, or Fettuccine alla Romana hous e-made egg noodles tossed with a beef, pork, and chicken liver tomato sauce, pecorino, Parmigiano-Reggiano
Secondi: Abbachhio al Forno Resister Farms spring lamb roasted with garlic and rosemary, served with roasted spring vegetables, or Pizza Amatriciana house-cured guanciale, rosemary red onions, tomato sauce, pecorino
Dessert: Fragola Sundae first local strawberries of the season in moscato with toasted almond meringue, almond croccante, over frozen custard
