University Club of Portland Food & Beverage Director Becomes Certified Sommelier

University Club of Portland Food & Beverage Director Josh Wilcox has successfully completed the Court of Sommeliers Level 2 Sommelier Certification.

The 3-part test focused on theory, tasting, and service. By passing this test, Josh Wilcox is now a Certified Sommelier. The Club is very excited to say it has a sommelier in its midst.
