Words from the Chef
“I am very excited to unveil our light and fresh summer menu,” said Trader Vic’s Chef Travis Stroud. “We are using a lot of protein cuts that are not used by many, if any, other Portland restaurants. Steak Jun is the lead, but Javanese Spiced Wild Salmon and Seafood Pad Thai are up there as well. This menu is unique and we touched on a lot of different styles of food—it’s a taste of the world!”
Cool down with an original Mai Tai or sip on an invigorating Passion Cooler
Home of the original Mai Tai, Trader Vic’s also offers a wide selection of more than 80 tropical cocktails. This summer’s drink highlights include the Passion Cooler, made with vodka and passion fruit puree with a Li Hing Mui sugar rim.
