Oregon Asado We’re putting our PNW spin on the Argentine tradition of the asado and it’s going to be a visual and gustatory feast for the senses! You’ll be treated to local wines from Alexana and their Argentine sister winery, Corazon del Sol, along with copious amounts of fire snacks, meats, seafood and vegetables, all drenched in buckets of chimichurri and sunshine. TOURNANT x CHEF’S ROLL x YETIWe filmed this video with Chef’s Roll and Yeti overlooking the Columbia Gorge on one of those wild spring days we’ve been having here in the PNW, where the weather went from sun to rain, then hail and snow—all in the course of a few hours! We grilled oysters with stinging nettle butter, sautéed up some locally foraged morels to spoon over grilled toast and slowly roasted a whole salmon over the flames (until the snow came and we had to improvise!)
