Master the art of live-fire cooking

Join us for one of our multi-day Open Fire Cooking Retreats held in stunning Pacific Northwest destinations

This year we’ll be hosting two 4-day slow living retreats centered around food, fire and nature at these truly epic PNW locations:

Loloma Lodge – May 23-26, 2022
Located in Central Oregon on the McKenzie River, this historic lodge is nestled amongst towering old growth trees and surrounded by waterfalls, crystal clear lakes and natural hot springs.

Saltwater Farm – October 3-6, 2022
Located near Friday Harbor on San Juan Island, this modern inn is set atop a breathtaking ridge on over 150 wild acres of land overlooking the Salish Sea and the Olympic Mountain Range.

Spend days outdoors exploring the natural wonders of the region, afternoons learning live fire cooking techniques around the flames, and evenings sharing al fresco fire feasts paired with local wines and spirits.

Come feast, learn and explore with us!
