LIVE FIRE CEDAR PLANK SALMON MEAL KITS
Let us help teach you the art and alchemy of live fire cookery and put a delicious locally-sourced meal on your table! Our cedar plank salmon meal kits feature wild, Native-caught salmon and come complete with everything you’ll need to prepare a summer feast, whether over an open flame, on a charcoal or gas grill, or in your home oven.
Menu for pick up August 22nd (Serves Two)
-Cedar plank salmon with a sweet onion, smoked salmon and salted cherry ‘sumac’ crust, burnt lemons
-Fire roasted corn on the cob with honey harissa butter
-Salt boiled potatoes with spice roasted summer vegetables and preserved lemon vinaigrette
-Little gem wedge salad with yogurt za’atar dressing, crunchy seeds, picked things and pretty flowers
-Optional dessert: Light and lovely rosewater panna cotta with stonefruit, honey and thyme

We’re so excited to share this video that we shot with Eater earlier this summer. In it, we highlight some of our favorite open fire cooking techniques through some dishes we love, such as pine needle smoked mussels, ember-roasted vegetables, a lamb peka inspired by our travels to Croatia, and a whole cedar-roasted salmon. It was such a fun day around the fire with friends and we hope you enjoy it!
