The 5-course tasting menu with optional wine pairing by Morchella Chef and Owner, Cameron Dunlap, features special game and other meats hand-selected by Nicky USA President and Founder, Geoff Latham – as well as an incredibly rare and exotic surprise ingredient.
PORTLAND, Ore. (June 8, 2022) – Geoff Latham, President and Founder of Nicky USA, has curated a special selection of both game and other meats for a not-to-be-missed dinner in collaboration with NE Portland’s Morchella restaurant. The 5-course tasting menu by Morchella’s chef and owner, Cameron Dunlap, comes with an optional wine pairing featuring Oregon wines. In addition to an exceptional selection of proteins from Nicky USA, the menu will highlight Morchella’s signature local and foraged wild foods of Oregon, including a very rare and exotic surprise ingredient that most diners will have never before tasted.
The dinner will take place on Wednesday, June 15th with either a 5p or a 7:30p seating at Morchella Restaurant, 1315 Northeast Fremont Street, Portland, OR 97212. Tickets are $125 per person, and the optional wine pairing is $55 per person. Purchase your tickets via Tock before they sell out!
