Spring Botanicals Cocktail Class
This Thursday, join Smith Teamaker and Public Provisions as we demonstrate how to blend ingredients and transform ordinary clear spirits into vibrant libations using seasonal herbs and botanicals at Tendue event space.
This two hour class will begin with the art of blending and an overview of flavor profiles led by our head teamaker, Tony Tellin, then continue with infusion methods to extract those flavors and aromas to create floral, herbaceous, and botanical spirits and syrups by the talented team of Public Provisions.

Pip’s Mobile at Smith on Saturday
We are very excited to welcome the iconic Pip’s Mobile Doughnut Truck to our SE Portland Tasting Room this Saturday. Beloved for their delicious from-scratch mini doughnuts and friendly atmosphere, we love Pip’s fresh community-driven approach to such a classic item. Available starting at noon on Saturday, April 14th, they’ll be parked in our SE Portland lot churning out five different traditional mini doughnuts made fresh-to-order alongside a special Smith-inspired creation until 6PM, rain or shine.
