This Week Only at Ripe Cooperative!

March 1, 2021

UPDATE! We heard that some of you had trouble with the previous link, so here we go again! CLICK HERE!

So many of you LOVED the Beef Wellington that we made for Valentine’s Day that we’re bringing it back for one week only!

You’ll get a Carman Ranch Grass Fed Beef Wellington with wild mushroom duxelles and Proscuitto Di Parma encased in a housemade puff pastry, plus a pound of housemade bronze dye-cut fancy shells and a pint of our luxurious truffle fonduta.

Quantities are extremely limited, so get your order in now for weekend pick-up!

We make and freeze the Wellington so you can have it on hand for your next special occasion, or whip it up on Saturday night.

That’s the goal for so many of the items we have in our MARKETPLACE, with items to help stock your fridge, freezer, and pantry so your Monday desk lunch and Thursday family dinner are memorable, too.

Start with hearty winter greens including red and green endive from Blue Truck Farm and salad greens from Gathering Together Farm for salads with our ready-made Roasted Shallot and Sherry Vinaigrette or Pistachio Crème Fraîche Dressing.

Make sure you have a Seeded Mini Rye or Brioche Loaf on hand for spreading our Smoked Gruyere Pimento or Hazelnut Romesco on, dipping in soup, or slathering with butter and enjoying straight.

A cozy, rainy spring night calls for hearty soup, so grab a few pints of our Garlic Sausage and Lacinato Kale soup or Carrot, Vadouvan, and Brown Butter soup.

Check out all of our marketplace options – from pastas and sauces to family-style heat-and-serve meals, to delicious desserts – below!

If you’re stocking up, you can’t forget the wine!

Here’s a few we love right now:

2019 VINCENT PARIS GRANIT BLANC, RHONE VALLEY
This Rhone Valley white has a very complex nose, while on the palate, apricot and peach from Viognier and minerality from Roussanne mingle resulting in a well-balanced wine.

2018 LANDMASS ‘CRYSTAL VISIONS’ PINOT NOIR ROSÉ
A Pinot Noir rosé blended from five different vineyard sites. Soft and creamy on the palate with notes of first of the season strawberries & cream, citrus, and summer sun.

2017 JAC + JAMES WILLAMETTE VALLEY PINOT NOIR
The 2017 is a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir in its purest form, with notes of juicy red fruit, rose, rich earth, and supple tannins.
