Things to Make You Melt

February 17, 2021

As a long weekend of snow starts to melt away, we’ve got dishes to stock up on that will warm you up from the inside out.

Take. Bake. Enjoy.

Our family-style meals are pre-made and ready for you to weather any storm, including Eggplant Parmesan, Curried Lamb Shephard’s Pie, Savory Stuffed Pastry (think ham & cheese croissant but for the whole fam), and more.

For those that missed out on the Liberty Farms Duck Confit for Two last week, we’ve added a few more orders for weekend pick-up this weekend!

Stock up on the Good StuffThere’s nothing like a snowy weekend in the Northwest to make you re-evaluate your pantry situation.

Fortunately, the great bucatini shortage of 2021 does not extend to Ripe Cooperative, and we’ve got all the handmade pasta you need plus sauces to go with.

We’ve also got salad dressings, BBQ beans, hearty soups, fresh breads, and more.

Bring the Vacation HomeCan’t escape the cold, wet weather for a coastal vacation? Bring a taste of it home with our three-course restaurant-quality Sea Box.

Start with Buttermilk Poppyseed Rolls with Belgian butter, then move on to a Shaved Fennel & Escarole Salad with parmesan green peppercorn dressing, sourdough crouton crisps, and Sicilian anchovies.

The star of the show is Smoked Salmon Mi Cuit with Manilla Clams from Washington, with sherry cream, parsley, and sliced garlic. The show stopper is Baba au Rhum with candied kumquats, and blood orange dreamsicle ice cream.
