NON ALCOHOLIC “WINE”

Acid League Wine Proxies

In 2019 Acid League was formed with a vision of reinventing vinegars, they experimented with over 500 flavors including roasted coconut, honey nasturitum, Campari, and kombu…

Proxies are layered blends of juices, teas, spices, bitters, and more with all the complexity of great wine, and none of the alcohol. Proxies don’t necessarily taste exactly like any specific wine, but they’re made to look, feel, and drink like wine. They have acidity, texture, tannin, and spice. They’re designed to pair with food and be enjoyed in wine glass.

4 Flavor Profiles Available: $23/ bottle or try all 4 for $83 (10% discount)

Sauvage meshes crisp apples with green spruce tips and spicy cedar, blazing a trail through an untouched evergreen forest in the early spring. Canadian terroir in a glass, Sauvage works as a substitute for white wine, farmhouse cider, and herbal aperitifs.

Pastiche The hallmarks of Gewurztraminer are all here—lychees combine with pineapple, peach, and rose vinegar, underscored by bitters crafted from pink peppercorn, amchur, galangal, and clove. Tropical Mosaic hops and a blend of teas complete the package, bringing a lush texture and long finish to this arrestingly aromatic white.

Zephyr is all pool parties, park hangs, and picnics in Provence. The classic pairing of strawberries and rhubarb leads the way, but this is no simple pink drink. Bright lemon brings balance and energy, while pink peppercorn and hibiscus create an enchanting floral backbone. Make it your house rosé and just call it a summer.

Nightshade There’s something magical about Tuscany as day turns to night. The scent of savory herbs and roasted tomatoes wafting through the air, whetting the appetite for the feast ahead. Nightshade captures it all in a bottle, meshing the savory depth of nightshades like paprika and sundried tomatoes with olive leaf and earthy rooibos tea. A rustic, reliable red fit for sipping every day and night.
