The Holidays are Going to Be a Beast

December 11, 2021

BIG NEWS FOR NEW YEAR’S!

We’re throwing it back this New Year’s with a one-night-only BEAST-style in-person dinner.

We’ll have some classic throw-backs (HELLO Foie-Bon-Bon), plus new items. Lots of luxury for you to say GOODBYE to 2021, and welcome 2022.

Book a reservation for 2 or 4, either indoors or on our covered, heated patio complete with cozy blankets for each guest.

We also have options to bring Ripe Cooperative home for the holidays.

Our Holiday Meal Box has everything you need for dinner for 4 (or two with leftovers). Each box includes:

Hand-Cut Potato Chips, Caramelized Shallot Dip + 2 oz. Tsar Nicoulai Osetra Caviar

Cassoulet with Tarbais Beans, Liberty Farms Duck Confit, & Cotechino Sausage

Mixed Greens and Herbs with Red Wine-Dijon Vinaigrette

Eggnog-Gingerbread Tiramisu

One Bottle Olivier Morin Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé

Ripe Special Brioche Cinnamon Buns with Cream Cheese Frosting for Christmas Morning (6 buns)

—

Mix and match from our a la carte options including a Carman Ranch Wild Mushroom Wellington for two, wrapped in Prosciutto San Danielle, chanterelle mushroom duxelles and demi-glacé; Spinach & Dungeness Crab Dip, Smoked Gruyere Pimento, Shrimp Cocktail with housemade horseradish cocktail sauce, Chicken Liver Bacon Mousse, Buttermilk Sourdough Dinner Rolls, and more.

—

Make sure to grab a bottle of wine or bubbles to pair with your meal:

2012 Chateau Ste. Anne Côtes de Provence

A Southern French blend of Mourvedre, Carignan, Grenache, and Cinsault from a top winery of the region.

Oak aging brings smooth tannins with dried dark fruit notes and earthiness.

Vouette et Sorbée ‘Blanc d’Argile’ Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

Rich and complex Blanc de Blancs with notes of stone fruits, citrus, and a chalky minerality. On the palate it reveals a pleasant texture and excellent length. The minerality returns and may even show a light saline touch with nuances reminiscent of a Chablis Grand Cru. A true stunner and a great send off to 2020.

Moussé Fils ‘Les Vignes de Mon Village’ Blanc de Meuniers

One hundred percent Pinot Meunier, a rarity in Champagne. It boasts a wonderfully fresh, fruity nose of strawberry, pomegranate, spice, toast, and biscuit with a rich but finessed palate.
