Meet our new Sous Chef
Meet Alex Ditton. We have had the pleasure of Alex in our kitchen for several months. Recently he has earned the title of Sous Chef or Chef’s Assistant. For those of you who don’t know, this position holds incredible responsibility and keeps the production of the kitchen moving. Alex has been a part of some amazing kitchens around town including Fratelli and Multnomah Whiskey Library. He’s a nice guy too!! Come on in and give this guy a pat on the back. In fact, give the whole kitchen staff a pat on the back. We have some of the best, most talented and devoted cooks in town.

The International Pinot Noir Celebration comes to Oregon wine country every year in July. The Bent Brick will be hosting Boedecker Cellars and hopefully, YOU! Thursday, July 23rd, the party starts at 6:00 where Ryan Csanky, maker of Aria Gin, will be serving his prized spirit up with our housemade tonic. The Boedeckers will then be pouring Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir (it is the International Pinot Noir Celebration), with dishes prepared by The Bent Brick to pair with each vintage and cuvee. Why the Village? Portland is a magical place where each artisan is so specialized and incredible at what they do. Gathering the craft community together for this only enhances the stellar wines that Athena and Stewart work so diligently on. Tickets are $120 all inclusive and can be purchased by giving us a call at 503-688-1655 or dropping us an email. We will be taking payment at the time of reservation.
