The Cuvée Weekend begins on Friday, February 21 with an exclusive tasting event, the Cuvée Stroll, from 5:00pm – 7:30pm, which will be held at The Allison Inn & Spa. Guests will taste their way through the valley with artisan food and wine purveyors in a luxuriously tranquil atmosphere. On Saturday, February 22, the Oregon Chardonnay Celebration will provide an educational tasting experience on the foundation of Chardonnay from highly acclaimed Oregon winemakers such as Soter Vineyards, Domaine Serene and Adelsheim Vineyard. The seminar will be held from 1:00-2:30pm, followed by the Grand Tasting of 50 Oregon Chardonnays from 3:00-5:30pm. Seminar and tasting tickets are $170, Grand Tasting only tickets are $85.
