-This dry sparkling red almost tastes like sparkling syrah. Deep red, almost black fruit, kalamata olive and juicy blackberry. Perfect Turkey bubbles.
Wine Pack #2: A White and a Red $44
Mani di Luna ‘Il Baratto’ Umbria, Italy 2019 Trebbiano/Malvasia
-this wine sees a few days of skin contact and it gives it a beautiful, textural quality that can stand up to a variety of dishes. Tastes like almond pastry but totally dry with no sweetness.
Division Wine Co. ‘Lutte’ Willamette Valley, Oregon 2019 Gamay Noir
-This is amongst the best Gamay Noir’s I’ve ever tasted from Oregon. Fresh cracked black peppercorn, juicy red fruit and indian spices. Has the elegance of great Pinot Noir.

Buona Notte ‘Andiamo’ Columbia Gorge 2019 Merlot
-I’ve never had Merlot that tastes this wild. It’s like Merlot that was raised in the woods by wolves. It’s foresty and tree barky but still has the dark fruit that Merlot is known for. WOW.
