Wine Class Sunday: A Few Tables Still Open!

We’ll Be Closed Sunday Night for “Wine For Beginners”
This will be a two-part class, the first night is this Sunday when we’ll start to “demystify” wine, we’ll play “mad scientist” with glassware (see video below), begin to understand the relationship between fruit vs. earth as we travel through “wines around the world,” and there is a guest winemaker coming to explain the very fundamentals of winemaking. This class is $60/pp. The Second part will be in January after all of our holiday social stuff plays out. Reservations can be made for tables of two and four guests. RSVP by replying to this email. First come, first served!
Whether you’re coming to class or not, you should watch this video:

Every wine enthusiast should understand the inestimable influence of a glass upon the flavor and enjoyment of the wine sloshing around in it.

LASTLY, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

If you make an OPENTABLE reservation via your favorite restaurant’s website, the restaurant pays no “Finder’s Fee” because you are assumed to be a returning guest. BUT…If you make an OPENTABLE reservation using opentable.com or their phone app, the restaurant pays a $1.50/seat “finder’s fee” even though you are a returning guest. Your practice has a BIG impact on all of your favorite restaurants!
