Tekka Bar is hosting a unique guest chef series over the next several months!
Tekka Bar opened its doors in downtown Portland back in May, and is a fast casual handroll concept from Las Vegas Restaurateur Takashi Segawa. Tekka’s signature handrolls are prepared counter-side and are made to order for guests, highlighting fresh seafood, including scallops, yellowtail, salmon and more.
To celebrate the local culinary community Tekka is hosting a number of guest chefs that have created their very own rolls that will be served for one month only!
The first chef participating in the series is Rick Gencarelli of Lardo, Grassa and Beer O’Clock! His roll is called “The Kingpin”(an ode to Rick’s celebrated Kingpin lobster roll pop-up) and includes – lobster, drawn butter, chives, Old Bay togarashi and will be available starting August 1.
