At what feels truly like the beginning of the end to the challenges of the last year, we are poised to resume “normal” service. Based on the metrics the governor has provided, along with current modeling for the statewide vaccination rate, all remaining restrictions will be lifted sometime in the next 1-2 weeks. As this happens, Teardop will return to full capacity and hours, and we will no longer be taking reservations for the main bar or outside. We are unbelievably excited at the prospect of removing all of these pesky Plexiglas barriers to look at your smiling faces once more.
However, for those of you who may not be quite ready to gather in close quarters, we will be seating Crybaby, our new adjacent room, on Fridays and Saturdays to maintain a sense of space and comfort. It will remain reservation-, seated-, and vaccination-only for the foreseeable future. We will ask for proof of vaccination on entry, maintain distancing, and reserve tables for a duration of two hours, so you can luxuriate through your experience with us. We hope this makes reentry into the post-pandemic landscape as seamless as possible. We look forward to hosting you, please find us on Resy.
In addition, we are ready to schedule your next private event. Crybaby will remain open Sunday-Thursday for bookings. Please feel free to send inquiries about hosting your next special gathering to daniel@teardroplounge.com.
