I am breaking out my beer library to share some of these vintage treasures. I have a lot of Hair of the Dog beer that is ten to twenty years old on hand. My former brother in law Alan Sprints has been brewing some of the most unique and tasty selection of beers for many years. I have been collecting bottles and cases since I was a volunteer bottler and then brewer back in the late 90’s. These aged bottles pack a powerful punch both in alcohol and in complexity. Some have lots of carbonation and some have nearly none. But treating them like a brandy or fine wine will lead to much enjoyment. Currently we have a few Adam, Fred, Doggie Claws. I will be adding more as we sip through these.
