RESPECT.
WEAR A MASK.
LOVE ONE ANOTHER.
END POLICE BRUTALITY.
END RACISM.
BLACK LIVES MATTER.
What a week! We hope you and your family are staying safe and warm. Our heart goes out to all the folks enduring the brutality of this storm. We were anticipating the snow but nothing like this.
We will only be offering pizzas FRIDAY night this week. We are going to have another shortened week and focus on our bagel subscriber commitments. Saturday will be a bagel bake day to make up for those who did not receive them earlier this month and Sunday will be a regularly scheduled pickup for those subscribed to the third Sunday of the month.
We are regrouping after these last few weeks off. We have finished up our CDC-recommended isolation for a non-close contact covid exposure. We are ready to get back at it. Manning the oven seems like a nice change of pace after a few stormy days sitting in our cold and dark house.
We will be continuing to be vigilant with our covid procedures. Folks have been asking us about opening our dining room. We see no change in current operations until our entire staff, families, and community have been vaccinated. We will be continuing with our preorder, prepay, to go offerings for the foreseeable future. Here is a link for current county regulations for restaurants.
In catering news, after canceling everything last year, we are gearing up for a very different catering season to accommodate some much-needed celebrations. We are booking dates starting in late spring and will be following strict guidelines with national, state and county regulations. Please see our website for more info and inquiries.

Founder Jeff Stevens is Proudly Non-Alcoholic, he was in the music, beer, spirits marketing industry and realized that non alcoholic beer just isn’t really that great. So he and his wife founded WellBeing Brewing Co. which is the the first brewery in the country to be solely dedicated to brewing non alcoholic craft beer.
We have brought in two of their beers, pick up a six pack this week and see for yourself!
Heavenly Body NA Golden Wheat is the first offering from the WellBeing Brewing Company®. It is based on a Great American Beer Festival award-winning recipe! This American-Style Wheat has more flavor than its light lager cousins. We add a hint of Cascade and German Traditional hops for a slight citrus character that balances the lighter malts. This is a great beer for after sports, yoga, or anytime you are taking care to watch what is going in your heavenly body.
Hellraiser NA Dark Amber is the beer to drink when you are out with your friends ready to have a great time. This hop-forward amber has the perfect balance of floral aroma and spicy hops to delight the palette, making this tasty amber easy to drink anytime or all the time.
