Taste of Rose City – The Resort at Paws Up

June 14, 2019

JOIN US FOR THE TASTE OF ROSE CITY AT THE RESORT AT PAWS UP. JUNE 28–30

It’s no secret we fell in love while cooking over open flames in Napa, California. From there, our culinary travels have taken us from Europe to Argentina. More recently, we’ve fallen in love with Montana’s big outdoors, especially during a culinary event at The Resort at Paws Up, where we can really spread our live-fire cooking wings.

This year when we visit, we’re bringing along Portland friend Chef Doug Adams, from PDX’s hottest new restaurant, Bullard. Also cooking with us will be Paws Up Executive Chef Sunny Jin, who shares our passion for local ingredients in tune with the season. And Oregon master vintner Lynn Penner-Ash herself will be pair some of our favorite Penner-Ash wines with our dishes.

To capture more of the flavor of Montana, we just might take a lazy drift down the scenic Blackfoot River. Whatever adventure we find, you’re invited to join us before you take a dip in the hot tub outside your luxury accommodations.

Cookbook Live® Presents: Around the Fire

Featuring Chefs and Authors
Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez-Denton

While writing our book Around the Fire, we fully intended it to be a choose-your-own wood-fired culinary adventure. We packed each page with grill-worthy recipes, many based on what we’ve learned at Ox. So, included in your stay at Paws Up, we’ll be sharing recipes along with a few behind-the-scenes stories during a special Cookbook Live kitchen demonstration.
