An Evening Inspired by the Wine & Food of Friuli
We’re celebrating the first day of Summer with our friend Jason French at Ned Ludd and local importer Josh Segal of Prufrock Wines. Foods and wines from and inspired by Friuli will be paired with an inspired menu from Jason French. Get your reservations now as this event will sell out quickly. $65 includes 6 courses with wine and gratuity. A peak at the menu ideas at this stage (subject to change based on seasonal ingredients):
Starters: smoked trout, frico of montasio cheese, house prosciutto, bean & sauerkraut soup
And then . . . smoked ricotta stuffed squash blossoms, mushroom & herb frittata, spinach gnocchi, sausage stuffed quail, grappa sauce, pork stinco & polenta, fresh ricotta strudel with summer berries
