Ahi Tuna Tartare
sauteed sweet peas, nicoise olive, smoked paprika, chives and garlic, aside a truffle deviled egg and yukon gold potato chips
Split Pea Soup
roasted green chili ham hock and chili oil, grilled cheese with ham, gruyere cheese, poblano chili
basil and sweet pea pesto, olive oil-crushed yellow potatoes, prawns, chives, shellfish broth with saffron and sweet peas
Roasted Rack of Lamb
risotto of peas, ramps and morels finished with marscapone, topped with compound butter of caramelized shallots, toasted almonds and roasted garlic, with duo of sweet pea and white truffle sauce and jasmine-scented lamb jus
White Chocolate and Miso Pound Cake
mint sweet pea anglaise, green tea ice cream

As the opening of Tavern on Kruse draws nearer, fun changes are happening at Uptown. One of those great changes is the introduction of Chef Brandon Armstrong to the kitchen. Starting today, he will be debuting his recreated bar menu, chock full of old favorites and new ones.
We are thrilled to have him, and can’t wait to share all his fantastic food with you!
With the debut of our new bar menu, we’ll be running a new happy hour as well. New wines, new food, and as always, POOL!
Happy hour is 3pm to 6pm for food, 3pm to 6:30pm for drinks.
