Suzette crêperie is excited to announce that we have purchased Kat’s Crêpes.
Kat’s was forced to leave their downtown location due to building re-design, but we are taking over the catering operation and Farmer’s Market stall.
We are now able to make crêpes to order at private and corporate parties for up to 200 guests indoors (and 300 outdoors!) Our sweet and savory crêpes are made with local and seasonal ingredients—you won’t see bananas or strawberries in the winter—we offer local spring rhubarb, summer strawberries, cherries, and peaches; apples and pears in the fall, and Freddy Guys hazelnuts in our chocolate hazelnut spread year round! Local asparagus, tomatoes, summer squash, join forces with Cascade Farms pork loin, and wild Alaskan smoked salmon.
To round out the menu, we also offer favorites from our restaurant kitchen: quiche, salads, French almond teacakes, even wedding cakes and liquor service.
For crêpe parties either casual or formal, Suzette is your new go-to!
