River’s Edge Sunset Bay
Sunset Bay is a soft-ripened goat’s milk cheese that has a thin layer of pimenton (Spanish smoked paprika) through its center and delicate dusting of vegetable ash on its rind. The bright lemony notes of the fresh goat’s milk are complimented by the savory, smokey pimenton. Sunset Bay is made by Patricia Morford of River’s Edge Chevre in Logsdon, Oregon. The delicious cheese has won more awards than any other Oregon artisan cheeses.
