One Night Only: Sunday Supper with Top Chef Alums Doug Adams and Mei Lin
This just in: Top Chef alums Doug Adams (Season 12 finalist) and Mei Lin (Season 12 winner) are throwing a spontaneous Sunday Supper at Hamlet this Sunday, June 25th, at 7PM. The two chefs, who became best friends during filming, will serve a very special six course menu that infuses their culinary styles and celebrates the collaborative (not competitive) spirit in the kitchen. The chefs will alternate the first three courses before presenting a family-style platter of Smoked Pork Ssam for the main course followed by a chilled summer dessert by Mei Lin. A Sunday evening in Portland wouldn’t be complete without rosé, so dinner will be served alongside buckets of pink wines on ice from St. Reginald Parish and selections from Park Avenue Fine Wines.
Tickets are $125/person and include food, wine and gratuity. Seats are very limited and reservations can be made here.
