NON ALCOHOL BEER FOCUS:
We have really been trying to up our game in offerings of beer options for those that enjoy it better without the alcohol. Here’s what is on our menu currently:
Wellbeing Brewing Co. – Brewed in St. Louis, Missouri by a husband and wife team. Their mission is to Raise WellBeing. “Not only are people discovering the upside of drinking less or not at all, but they are joining us in creating a brand new mindful style of living that combines all the social fun of enjoying a traditional beer, with the intentionality of WellBeing.”
Hellraiser Dark Amber is the beer to drink when you are out with your friends ready to have a great time. This hop-forward amber has the perfect balance of floral aroma and spicy hops to delight the palette of craft beer enthusiasts everywhere.
Heavenly Body Golden Wheat is based on a Great American Beer Festival award-winning recipe. This American-Style Wheat has more flavor than its light lager cousins. We add a hint of Cascade and German Traditional hops for a slight citrus character that balances the lighter malts. It’s dry, crisp and smooth, with a full-bodied mouthfeel. With only 68 calories, this is the perfect NA craft beer for after sports, yoga, marathon training, or anytime you are taking care to watch what is going in your heavenly body.
Three Magnets Brewing Co. Self Care – brewed in Olympia, Washington.
They continually work to make a better beer with each consecutive batch. “There is no playbook for what we are doing – we are essentially re-inventing the wheel to make it roll better. We are learning lots with each new batch, and letting each resulting beer inform the beer that follows. Each beer style may require a little something different from a process standpoint, and rather than apply a one-size-fits-all solution, we are developing proprietary approaches for each style of beer we brew.”
Self Care Bohemian Brew is the newest release in our Self Care line of Non-Alcoholic beers is brewed with Pacific Northwest grown Skagit Valley Francin Barley – a malt that has been bred to be a local substitute of Czech Pilsen malt. It was then hopped with authentic German grown Saaz, which was dosed-in throughout the brewday. We also believe in dry hopping all of the beers in our Self Care line, and this release isn’t any different. The hop character should be exciting in this style, and balance nicely with the bready body. It was then lagered to maturity before packaging. This release is a continuation of bringing some of Brewer Aaron’s favorite beer styles into the Non-Alcoholic market for you. We hope you enjoy it!
Self Care Coconut Dark Ale like a dark lager, this beer is incredibly drinkable and refreshing. Loads of raw coconut and coconut toasted in-house help to bring balance to the overall coconut impression. It’s sweet but not cloyingly so, and nutty and savory, yet not too heavy. We accomplished this by using Washington premium grown malt as well as staples from English malt houses dating back to the 1900’s. To take the flavor composition to another level it was also dry-hopped, with coconut forward hops, which imparted an additional subtle coconut and oak character. This may be our first dabbling into producing a dark NA beverage, but we couldn’t be more chuffed with how it turned out.
