Stacked Sandwich Shop Offers Brunch All Weekend Starting November 25th
Starting the weekend after Thanksgiving, Stacked Sandwich Shop will extend brunch service to Saturday and Sunday. It was previously Saturday-only.
This not only brings another weekend brunch option to SE Portland, but also gives guests more opportunities to try Stacked’s monthly Community Plate. Each month, Stacked partners with a different guest chef who creates their own signature brunch dish that supports a charity of their choice. November’s featured chef is James Beard Award winning chef Naomi Pomeroy who’s featuring a Blintz recipe that reminds her of the ones her mom used to make growing up with ricotta, cottage cheese and homemade raspberry jam. Proceeds support Girls Inc.

Blintz – 3 crepes with a ricotta & cottage cheese filling, crisped in brown butter and topped with lemon juice and powdered sugar ($13)
