Spring Cocktail Menu 2019

March 20, 2019

Our Spring Menu Is Here!

Ah spring, when one’s fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love…

The gentle shifting of the seasons is indeed upon us, and our latest cocktail selection strives to offer the very best of Oregon’s bounty.

This menu dallies with the whimsical, featuring a host of fun, easygoing quaffs and whispers of the lengthening days on their way. From the deeply savory and succulent canteloupe-dill-cilantro soda for The Other Side of Summer; to the sumptuous combination of a rhubarb cordial, agricole rhum, Cocchi Rosa, hellfire shrub, and sparkling wine in the Beau Geste; to the indescribable, but wickedly addictive, complexity in our pandan leaf concoction, mixed with pisco, gentian aperitif, lime, and macadamia nut in Everything Zen; we celebrate the light-hearted vibrance of Portland in springtime.

In addition, this is the official rollout of our new menu format for the sunny months!  This setup features our greatest hits from the last 12 years, spanning the spectrum from all of our previous menus — complete with a cocktail map to guide you through the process and pick your mood of the day.

Oh, and yes, it’s Julep season again!

So come on down to try it out.  We’re ready when you are!

Cheers,

Daniel
