Son Of Man is celebrating the release of our first vintage of Basque style sagardo (Basque for cider).
Come enjoy our wild fermented sagardo the way Basques do with Txotx. Txotx (pronounced CHO-ch) is the annual tradition of catching glasses of high-velocity sagardo right from the tank.
This sagardo is special. Made with apples exclusively from Oregon, it is fermented spontaneously with the wild yeasts blowing through the Columbia River Gorge. Like the landscape surrounding Cascade Locks this cider is untamed, natural and rugged. We invite you to celebrate with us and enjoy our pioneering cider and to see what cider can be when done right.
Txotx is a communal experience – it’s about sharing a drink and meal with friends and strangers alike. This will be our last Txotx until 2020, so come party before it’s too late! Get your tickets here!
Food
Just like in San Sebastian we will have our wood-fired grill roaring and 28 oz, dry aged ribeyes available for purchase, along with some other delicious items to share with friends and to soak up the cider.
A ticket includes cider for the night.
