Soak Up the Sun at Ripe Cooperative

June 22, 2022

HELLO SUNSHINE!

Now that summer is officially here, the weather is finally cooperating and our patio is HERE FOR IT.

We’ve added some incredible seasonal dishes to the menu, have the boozy shakes and frozen custard scoops ready to roll, AND we’ve got a gorgeous new espresso machine so you can end every meal with the perfect Affogato.

Some of our newest menu items include Kanpachi Crudo with dashi vinaigrette, cherry, basil, and smoked hazelnut, Spring Peas with poached Oregon albacore, sesame crackers, and basil, Paparadelle with braised lamb, feta, beet, and mint, Porcini Fettucini with wild local porcinis, parmigiano stock, butter, and thyme, Chicken Roulade with prosciutto mousseline, Hakurei turnip, and jus, and Pastrami Cured Shortrib with ajo blanco, spring onion, and ramp relish.

Enjoy them all during our Evening and Weekend hours (5pm-10pm Wednesday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday).

Our weekday menu, offered Wednesday through Friday from 12pm-5pm, includes the Spring Peas, along with our daily selection of Sourdough Focaccia, Warm Marinated Olives, Oysters on the Half Shell, Shrimp Cocktail, our guest-favorite Dungeness Crab Roll, seasonal salads with fresh Oregon produce, Burrata with strawberry red wine thyme jam, and seeded toast points, Rigatoni with tomato vodka sauce, and grana padano, and more.

We are also welcoming a new addition – Darling Nikki, our spectacular purple La Marzocco espresso maker. She’s fired up and ready for espresso-based drinks AND Affogatos with our housemade frozen custard.

You can also turn the frozen custard into a boozy float, enjoy it by the scoop, or bring home by the pint! Our current selection melds classic, nostalgic, and seasonal flavors, so there’s something for everyone.

Don’t miss our shoutout in Eater here!

See you this weekend!
