Menu feeds 2 people for $150.00

Deviled eggs, Chinese mustard, pickled shallot, togarashi

Spring chopped salad, radish, pickled asparagus, creamy ssamjang vinaigrette, furikake

Lamb and pork sichuan sausage links

Smoked korean black bean baby back pork ribs

Kombu baked beans, chili oil, chives

Gochujang queso mac and cheese, garlic breadcrumbs and fried shallots

ADD ON’s

Bay shrimp ceviche, yuzu kosho, avocado, grapefruit, wakame  $16

Fried kale with fish sauce vin, Bentons bacon, mint and cilantro $14

Pandan coconut layer cake with mascarpone. $10
