Greetings all! First off, I want to thank everyone who came by while we were closing with well wishes and supported Smallwares and Wares over the years. I have finally finished closing down smallwares and cleaning up all my art and kitchen supplies. I could probably run a small restaurant out of my house right now! Which is a good thing because here are some of my plans for the future!
Having a holiday party, special occasion or dinner party? Let me cook for you and your guests. Whether you would like snacks and cocktails, a nice seated dinner with wine pairings or a buffet I can accommodate all of your needs. I am flexible on the style of food and have a very versatile portfolio. From a mobile wood fire oven for whole salmon, to fresh pasta, or of course fried kale, the sky is the limit. My smallwares sous chef Nathan Morgan and I are teaming up to create some new pop-ups. Nate and I have worked together for the last year and we are complete opposites in the kitchen and that helps expand so much of what I do. He is very versatile but has a strong background with baking, fresh pasta, and 20 years of all kinds of cuisines. I am a bit barbaric and can barely follow a recipe but obviously have a creative brain filled with flavor. It is fun to combine our knowledge and styles of cooking to create amazing things.
