Fest on a Farm takes place in a picturesque barn with verdant views

PORTLAND, Ore. – April 30, 2019 – The 2nd annual Sip of Spring will be in full bloom on Saturday, May 18, at Rossi Farms, located at 3839 NE 122nd Ave. in Portland. Event hours are 11am to 9pm.

The festival will showcase 13 small Oregon craft breweries, each pouring two beers apiece, plus one Oregon cidery. Attendees can taste spring sippers from Breakside, Crux, Culmination, Gateway, Gigantic, Ecliptic, Level, Little Beast, Migration, Montavilla, pFriem, StormBreaker, Upright and Bauman’s Cider. A complete list is available at SipofSpring.com.

“Spring beers are in bloom all over the city,” explained Preston Weesner, event general manager. “This festival provides a venue to gather with friends and enjoy a beer––or a cider––outside on a working farm in the city limits, with a view that is unparalleled.”

Advance general admission for one person cost $20 for a tasting cup and 10 tasting tickets; advance general admission for two people costs $40 for two tasting cups, 20 tasting tickets, and for a limited time, an additional four tasting tickets. Tickets are available at www.SipofSpring.com.

Beers and the cider cost one ticket for a four-ounce taste, or two tickets for an eight-ounce pour. Urban German will sell food on-site. The event is for ages 21 and over.
