Our wine this week is Savage Grace, by Michael Savage and his wife Grace.
This one-of-a-kind wine was fermented on skins for 12 days, creating it’s light orange hue. Notes of spice are prevalent, while tastes of lychee fruit float behind orange peels. A truly delightful Gerwürztraminer!
This roast chicken has all the feels of home cooked goodness. Organic and locally sourced, our chicken is roasted with a blend of specialty spices to create flavor and texture that wows even your pickiest eaters.
Served along side are wild spring mushrooms, pan fried in a demi-glaze reduction. Golden potatoes are next, salt baked and soft inside with a salty, satisfying crunch to the outer skin. Add it all together and you have a complete meal that would make your mama jealous.
